Shipping Policy
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders are collected and submitted on the 2nd and 16th of the month.

All pre-orders placed by 11:59 PM EST on the 1st of the month will be included in the order collection and submission on the 2nd

All pre-orders placed by 11:59 PM EST on the 15th will be included in the order collection and submission on the 16th

Once final orders are submitted, items are generally delivered in 10-14 days

ALL OTHER ORDERS
All other orders are generally shipped within three days and are delivered within 10 - 14 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged, you have 14 days from the confirmed delivery date to receive a full refund.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and return labels will not be provided.
